I loved the cute little check in office...dinner must have been cooking because it smelled wonderful! My greeter was very pleasant and I enjoyed chatting with her. The place was immaculate and quiet. The room is very spacious and the beds were comfy. I plan on returning for next year's Ballon Festival and hope to stay here again.

We had a last minute change in long weekend plans and took a chance on this motel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating, the property grounds and pool were very clean, the location is perfect as its super close to Million Dollar Beach and not far from the village. The property could use a little updating and, we had a cleanliness issue with the sofa bed, but overall, this was a solid place to sleep while spending your days enjoying Lake George.

SUPER CLEAN and close to everything. Staff were friendly and I have no complaints. That said, each room has an ashtray on the balcony and at any given time there are 2-3 couples in their 60s smoking and chatting. If that's not your thing, you can shut yourself in your room and keep the windows closed. Other than that, I loved my stay and would stay again.

We were there for a one-night stay. The staff was accommodating and friendly to our family of 4. Our beds and pillows were really comfortable, the shower was great, and our kids loved the outdoor space. Could it use a facelift? I mean, sure. This was the perfect place to stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating. My brothers and I all booked rooms separately for each of our families. Two of us had rooms in the new building and one of us was in the building by the pool. We explained the situation to the staff and they were able to put us all together! The rooms were very clean and the space was giant! The beds we very comfortable as well. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. We also loved the picnic tables by our rooms. Made pizza night a lot easier! We will absolutely be back!!

We booked a room last minute, due to changes in plans, for the balloon festival nearby, and there was only 1 room left. We are "campers" and had a reservation for a campground originally. However, with the weather forecast, and the price of gas, we decided it was more affordable to get a hotel room. The cost of the room was cheaper per night, than the rate per night at the campground. We were not disappointed. The check-in process was quick and easy and person was very friendly. The room was basic - 2 queen beds, dorm sized refrigerator, microwave, small coffee pot, and was clean, with enough linens for the amount of guests, and the length of our stay. The furniture was older and was a little worn, but we were busy sight-seeing, so it it wasn't a huge deal. It is a little off the beaten path, but just a short drive to all local attractions and restaurants. Our room was on the second floor, and wasn't a problem for us, but if you have mobility issues, there is no elevator, and no ramp to 2nd floor. There is a playground and charcoal grills in back of building for use. Rooms are non-smoking, but there are balconies to accomodate that, if needed- with chairs and an ashtray. The only thing I will say could be better is the signage for the entrance/exit. It is a one-way parking lot and GPS tells you to turn in first driveway, which has an arrow pointing out ( on the pavement), that you don't see until you already turned in the wrong way. Overall, a nice place- I recommend.

Went up for Americade 2026. The property is very nice and the owners are very friendly and helpful. The room was decent. Definitely clean but needed some work. Some of the shower wall tiles were sticking out and the toilet was loose. But overall it was fine for a place to sleep and shower. Bed was so so. Could have been a little more comfortable but it was clean. They don’t have maid service so you have to put your used linens outside the front door and they start replacing them with clean linens around 11am. I would definitely stay again in the future.
