8/10 Very good

The rooms were clean and nice. Breakfast was excellent. My only complaint is the parking and long walk required to transport any luggage. I hope there are plans to expand the parking lot on the south side of the hotel.

This appears to be a fairly new facility. Staff were friendly and helpful. Would stay again and recommend to family and friends. It is a slight distance from the major town attractions. The driveway entrance is difficult to see. But overall a very nice place to stay.

No scenic view in this hotel. Dirty carpets and very basic breakfast. Big car park and hotel close to Moab. Rooms need maintaining and renovation and carpets need proper cleaning
