This is a stunning hotel in Ravello, the breakfast is 10/10, really good variety of choices. The pool and bar/resturant area have stunning views and were nice and clean. The staff were very nice and helpful, and theres a rrally cheap transport link for local buses and taxis down to Almalfi which you can sort at reception. The ONLY reason its 4 stars is because theres no blackout curtains or options, so the sun wakes you up very early!

This hotel sits right at the entrance to the beautiful center of Ravello. The views from each room are magnificent. With the lovely aroma of jasmine flowers growing everywhere. Breakfast buffet was magnificent and the pool area was also had an amazing view of the coast.

The location was excellent, and the views of the water and the mountain were exceptional. The staff was friendly and helpful at every turn. The bartender made fantastic drinks and even created some of his own concoctions for us. We had lunch one day and we had dinner on another day and both times the food was delicious and fresh. I highly recommend staying at this hotel. in the summer There seems to be a music festival that looks fabulous. Highly recommend!

Great location. Close to shops and other restaurants. The view from the room is breathtaking with a nice patio to enjoy a cup of joe. Breakfast is a normal European meal but was tasty and filling. The restaurant was also delish and the service was fantastic. Francesca and Lorenzo def made the meal even more enjoyable. We actually saw them in the town square and they recognized us and we exchanged hugs. Really good people. The front desk was also very helpful. Francesca and others which I can't recall all their names. They also helped coordinate rides to and from the next town over. Roberto/Bartender was great. We bs'd quite a bit and his drinks were fantastic. Really just a great time and I can't say enough to all the staff who made our stay even better. We would definitely stay here again!

After a very disappointing experience with another accommodation, we were fortunately relocated to Hotel Graal in Ravello — and we truly could not have asked for a better outcome. The location of the hotel is simply outstanding. The view over the Amalfi Coast is absolutely breathtaking and alone worth the stay. The rooms were spotless, welcoming, and very comfortable, with scenery you will not forget anytime soon. What stood out most, however, was the staff: consistently friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful. From the very first moment, we felt genuinely welcomed and well taken care of. A special mention also goes to the breakfast buffet, which was exceptional. The selection was extensive, everything tasted fresh, and it was all prepared with great attention to detail. Enjoying breakfast on with such an incredible view made every morning feel special. The food overall was also excellent — strongly inspired by traditional Neapolitan cuisine, full of flavor, and very reasonably priced considering the location and atmosphere. Hotel Graal ultimately turned our stay on the Amalfi Coast into a wonderful experience. We would happily return anytime.
