Just across the road from Narbonne station so perfect for rail travellers. Ideally located too for the centre of Narbonne, all of which is easily walkable. Close to bars and restaurants with a small supermarket just around the corner. Room was clean, bed comfortable and good air con. The bathroom was immaculate but as the shower was over the bath with no grab rail, could be a problem for those with limited mobility.

This simple accommodation was perfect for our one night stay on our rail journey. It’s right across the street from the rail station and close to plenty of places to eat. Our host was courteous and kind, speaks great English and gave us a recommendation for a perfect walking tour is the area. We felt safe. I would stay here again.

Comfortable room. Tight Spiral stairs to get to the rooms, luckily i was 1st floor. Excellent service on-site. Unfortunately, they don't answer emails at all, I had sent 3. 1 in August asking about bag storage and a low floor. The next 2, via different platforms, the day before. It's just RUDE not to respond. And yes, I can provide documentation so don't try to say I didn't. Other than poor communication, I'd stay again. Across from the train station.

We had a very good experience. The room was very clean. The hotel staff was incredibly kind and attentive. We had help bringing our bags up the steps, which was unexpected but so helpful. We are so grateful to have had such a great stay, and we would highly recommend to others.

Great hotel only steps from the train station. We here overnight on a way to Barcelona. Manager is super friendly and nice. It helped carry our luggage up to our room...no elevator. Has a few places to eat within walking distance from the hotel.

Overall the stay was comfortable. The room was clean, the reception person was very kind and helpful, and the heating worked on a day it started getting colder. My only advice would be to put a caution stripe on the step in the entrance with some yellow tape as my motehr tripped there and was told it was even a known issue. Just a small safety adjustment that can go a long way for all future guests safety. Would stay again.

What a great little hotel across from the Narbonne Gare! We were warmly welcomed by the front desk person and though we never assume a safe place to park our bicycles, they were super accommodating. And, the lovely gentleman helped me schlep our panniers up the stairs. Above and beyond! The room was very, very clean and more spacious than we would have expected from the photos. And, quiet too despite being on a busy street and across from the station. Highly recommend! Note, there is no elevator and the stairs are steep.

Perfect for a short stay

The superior room is very spacious, and everything is quite new and modern. Do not forget that there is no elevator. We would advise you to contact the hotel, if you know your exact time of arrival, so they can deposit the keycard in one of the vaults at the entry, since the reception e. g. is not open from 1 to 3 pm (Lunch time). The staff is very friendly and we will stay in this hotel again when we return to Narbonne.

I booked Double superior room which was a good size. Air conditioning worked very well. Memory foam mattress, very comfortable bed. Very clean, bathroom lovely. Quiet room. Hotel opposite railway station where main routes for easy travel to other cities in France. I deal for solo traveller.

No elevator and smells!! We booked this hotel as it was close to train station… across the street. While it looks like may be trying to remodel a little at a time, our room looked remodeled minus the carpet. It doesn’t make up for dirty worn carpet, narrow curved stairs, poop left on toilet seat and absolutely worst smelling room ever. Also there were rooms left open that were not occupied.. didn’t feel safe. Area around train station doesn’t feel very safe needed to stick to main roads.
