We stayed here as part of our honeymoon around Europe. When we checked in we had our room upgraded, which was a lovely surprise! The room had everything that we needed in it and was comfortable. Everything that we wanted to see was in walking distance but there are good public transport connections available too. The host was lovely and knowledgeable, it was a shame we were only staying for one night!

The room was spacious and clean, the bed was very comfortable, and our host was very accommodating and helpful in arranging transportation and pointing out locations to restaurants and sites. Great location, 3-4 minutes walk from Belfiore tram stop. Only 4 rooms so intimate and Niccolo is an excellent host, very knowledgeable about the area and makes great coffee in the morning. The room was awesome, nice and big with high ceilings but the bed and pillows were the best aspect, easily the best sleeps i've had on holiday for a while and i've stayed in a few 5 star locations.

Fantastic service!! We received information about the city and where to go and we could easily store our luggage on the day of check out. We were upgraded and the room was very nice you can hear other guests when they in the shared kitchen area but all were very nice and respectful. We really enjoyed our stay!! Would recommend

The room we were in was huge with a nice view of the street. It was less than 10 mins walking from Santa novella train station. There are a few restaurants nearby.
