Simple and clean so happy with our stay

6/10 Good

Second time of staying as it's a very convenient location. The staff were very helpful, the only criticism I have is that the walls are very thin and the TV in the room next door was on until 4am, hence very little sleep

8/10 Very good

Stayed for one night, there’s a carpark opposite and free if you cannot park directly outside the hotel. Comfy bed, fridge in room, staff were friendly. Hotel seems to be in a run down location so doesn’t look the most appealing but overall we had no problems and had an enjoyable stay. Ebbw has breakfast choices if you decide not to eat at the hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

The room and hotel is generally clean but perhaps some parts can do with being refreshed. For example the room carpet could do with a shampoo and a lick of paint here and there. But all the staff were very friendly and very polite and helpful too. Highly recommended.

4/10 Fair

Hotel reception manager was lovely and helpful during our stay. Room was okay, average and clean enough - though it had a smell (possibly from the bathroom) when we entered so we aired the room out. Downside was how thin the walls were / how loud the other guests were on a Saturday night. The noises kept us up from late evening to around 2am.
