Péssima experiência .

Péssima estadia pra dizer o mínimo. Erro na reserva, nos deram um quarto de categoria inferior ao reservado, mesmo questionando a recepção nos disseram que todos os quartos eram iguais. Reservamos 2 quartos luxo com cama de casal, nos entregaram um quarto pequeno com cama de viúva encostada na parede que seria mais em conta pelo site só que o reservado. No resolveram nem reembolso nem nos trocaram de quarto. Durante a madrugada um grupo gritava pelo corredores e batiam as portas o isolamento acústico dos quartos não existe, se escuta absolutamente tudo. A cama estrala porque aparentemente tem alguma estrado de madeira o que acaba tornando a noite ainda pior, tentei dormir com a cara grudada pra parede do corredor com o meu cônjuge do lado sem poder se mexer muito pois a cama não era de casal. As 6 da manhã o grupo novamente começou a gritar pelos corredores, no café da manhã eles estavam reunidos em umas 10 pessoas (todos homens) literalmente gritando e monopolizando todo o salão de café, parecia um bar com jogo de truco de tanta gritaria. Não conseguimos sequer ficar 5 minutos no ambiente. Questionei a recepção que disse não poder tomar providências. Foi a pior estadia de toda a minha vida. Tentamos retornar e dormir mais um pouco para podermos tentar pegar a estrada sem dormir no volante, porém foi impossível pois a limpeza dos quartos já havia começado as 8h da manhã de um domingo, questionei uma funcionária que disse não saber que ainda havia pessoas no andar.
