Check in experience was terrible, wanted us to wait 45 min at 11 PM at bar with 6 month old. Offered smaller room, but with no price adjustment. Once in the room, it was dirty. Trash still there. Dirty cups and glasses. Empty paper towel dispensers. IMPORTANT: Massive amounts of pests - silverfishes (in bathtub / under bed). Overall, difficult conversation with staff, little willingness to accommodate. Manager not available.

Beautiful facility and rooms. Golf course was terrific and difficult. Good options are limited. Buffet offered at night. Restaurant at Golf Clubhouse had limited menu. .Needs another casual restaurant that is open longer hours.

8/10 Very good

Ringe sproglig reception. Ringe kvalitet i buffet. 2 første dage ingen servering i klubhus.

Sehr freundliches Personal, sehr freundlicher Empfang. Sehr schöne Umgebung. Abendbufett sehr freundliches Servicepersonal. Leider manchmal Kommunikationsproblem wegen Sprachbarriere.
