8/10 Very good

We enjoyed our stay. The pool, hotel grounds and location were truly amazing. The food was okay but we enjoyed eating off site more. The farmhouse is very quaint and charming. You can hear others in the farmhouse. It was luxurious in many ways and more basic in other ways. But all together a wonderful stay. I would recommend for sure.

Beautiful located and magnificent views. Room was simple, but functional, very clean and with working Air Conditioning. The water in the shower was scalding hot or cold and very difficult to regulate. Breakfast buffet was acceptable but it was not filled up continuously and many plates were empty. One of the coffee machine was out of order which led to long queuing. But all in all we had a nice stay

6/10 Good

Most of the staff were not pleasant. We had issues checking in. They gave us a smaller room than we booked and then had to pay to upgrade to an apartment which was all they had available that was bigger. Service at supper was not good. Food was good one night and not the other. Rooms smell musty. Beautiful infinity pool. Pictures of rooms make it look nicer than it is.

Lovely place. Rooms are a nice nice. We stayed in a junior suite. Pool was lovely and the view from it was incredible. Ball games etc not allowed in the pool and the pool area bar didn’t open until about 5/6pm. This is not a criticism as it created a quiet and relaxed vibe which was fitting of the view and location, but worth noting. Breakfast was nice, we would have preferred a little more choice, but no complaints, they hosted a pizza night on one of our stays, the pizza was ok, we would have preferred to have the Tuscan dinner another night but didn’t work with our plans, All in all a lovely stay, would happily return.

The most beautiful views!! 360 degrees to the Tuscany hills. Everything is so clean and well maintained. Staff is very kind and helpful. Breakfast with delicious bread facing the valley and town. It is the most relaxing place you will find around. Did not get into the pool as the weather was playing tricks on, but the place is so wonderful that you don’t even need the pool. Awesome place

What a beautiful hotel! The views were stunning at every angle! The hotel staff were friendly, room was good size and breakfast was served every morning. Our first evening, we ate a delicious meal in the restaurant and tasted some won’t made at the hotel. The shower pressure was not great but I would Say that is par for all Italy hotels. They even gave us a cute little jar of honey (also made there). I would definitely return here!

Grounds are stunning with views in all direction's! Room is nice and big with a gorgeous view. Breakfast buffet is ok, dinner wasn’t that great, especially for the price. Quick 15 minute drive into San Gimignano. Pool area wasn’t open yet when we were there but looks great for when it is!

Absolutely stunning scenery with beautiful rolling hills and surrounding wineries. Friendly and helpful staff. Seems to be family owned. If I were to suggest some areas of improvement, maybe the shower stalls can be cleaned more thoroughly. Breakfast varieties could also do with some expansion. But in general it was a wonderful stay!
