I had reserved a room in this motel online and we arrived to see adults and children hanging out in front, indicating that it was home for them. Checking in was awkward, as the clerk had to call the owner or manager to check k that we had a reservation. We were wary about staying because of the noise level but were given a room in the back of the hotel and were delighted to find the room was quiet, immaculate, had all the amenities, and was very nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable and we would stay there again in this part of the motel.

Rooms were clean and staff was helpful, however, atmosphere felt like Section 8 housing. Smoking was done right outside my room and I was watched constantly by people from their rooms. There were no cars in the parking lot, but many arguments there during daylight hours. Not a comfortable place overall.

Quite simply, i would stay there anytime southern vt has snow. Its right off highway and the place is clean. The old decor reminds me of grandmas house, but they mixed in a nice large tv for kicking back after a drive.

Check in was easy, desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was old-fashioned but comfortable. Walls were a bit thin; next door residents were loud and audible through the walls. Once they stopped, though, it was silent. Great area, easily accessible from highway. Good restaurants within walking distance. Affordable rate, definitely worth the stay! Would stay again if returning to the area!

What a nice, vintage place - yet very clean and not shabby at all! I enjoyed sitting on the porch. A breakfast place is nearby. I thought being so old, there would be thin walls, but it was so quiet! The bed was comfy and the shower was so great, I took a picture of the shower head to get for home. I would definitely stay here again if in this part of Vermont.
