We had a 4 night stay and there was 14 in our party so we had 7 rooms, 6 were sea veiw! Staff were nice, hotel was nice, food and drinks were a good choice. Entertainment was also good. The hotel wasnt busy at all which was nice as the pool area isn't big!

Nice hotel, excellent rooms and balcony Pool area not enough sunbeds and all were taken before 7am Food very good most days but repetitive. Wine and drinks choice very good with top brands just a couple of euros extra on all inclusive. Nice beach within 5 minutes walk Sunbeds and umbrellas 25 euros Worth buying an umbrella and 2 chairs at the start of holidays for 50 euros. Beach sand and beautiful with no stones and very safe for children. Will definitely be back

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Fantastic stay at Hotel Best Punta Dorada! I had a fantastic 5-night all-inclusive stay at Hotel Best Punta Dorada in August 2026. From arrival, the experience was excellent. The lovely receptionist checking me in surprised me with a complimentary upgrade to a sea-view room — what a delight! The hotel was clean, tidy and very well maintained throughout. My room was bright, airy, modern and spotless, with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The large, comfortable beds and lovely pillows were a bonus, as was the gorgeous bathroom with its rainforest-style shower. The balcony had a fantastic sea view, which was definitely one of the highlights of my stay. The all-inclusive drinks selection was excellent, with wine, beer, Baileys, soft drinks and more included, plus additional options such as Aperol Spritz for an extra cost. The food was good with plenty of choice. There were always favourites such as pizza and pasta, a large salad bar, freshly cooked meats and, at breakfast, omelettes and pancakes. I also enjoyed the themed evening meals, including seafood and Indian nights. The pool area was clean and well kept, making it perfect for relaxing in the hot August weather. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout. Overall, it was genuinely a great stay. The amazing views, peaceful location, cleanliness, friendly staff and proximity to the beach made it a wonderful break. I would happily return and definitely recommend Hotel Best Punta Dorada! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Really good stay at best punta dorada. We stayed 7 days in august, structure sea front with pool never overcrowded. Food very various and really satisfying. Close to rock and sand beaches, only a lityle bit far from salou downtown (25-30 minutes walk) woth some difficilties for parking (anyhow we found free parking all the period quite close). Staff very kind and friendly.

We stayed for 3 days to accommodate meeting other family members. The hotel was as expected. We are a couple in our 60s and found the night entertainment slightly loud but nothing some earplugs didn’t put right. Food was as advertised. Took us 30 minutes to stroll into the heart of Salou and we used the buses which were good.

One of our best holidays

One of our best holidays. Hotel is very well situated: cross the road and you get on the beautiful and not very crowded beach, and another 10 min (by bus) and you get to the animated city center of Salou. We had a nice room with beautiful view, breakfast and dinner were delicious, property is just perfect. Thanks to all staff : reception, restoration, cleaning service. They are been very nice and made our stay amazing. For sure next stay in Salou, we will come back to this hotel. Thanks a lots!

Brilliant stay

Everything was perfect. Hotel staff were so friendly and accommodating. They knew our drink order with every dinner that we had, which was a running joke. So quiet and peaceful just outside Salou so not in the centre. Pool was refreshing and as we had all inclusive we could get drinks sunbathe and cool off in the pool. Beach was only a 5 minute walk with almost a private cove with soft sand. Had a lovely time will be coming back. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else in Salou. Highly recommend.

The hotel is nice. Decent room size and bathroom, the AC is not very powerful. Limited chairs by the pool. Biggest issue is the parking, since there is nothing nearby so you need a car to get around. You have to be lucky to find a parking spot within 1-2 kilometers, especially in the evening. Overall we were satisfied for the price.

Our Check-in was a bit stressful upon arrival because there are two complexes in the facilities and we were bumped into the alternate building. The room we were assigned was considered an upgrade facing the ocean but was quite small in size, Upon entry we immediately checked to see and found that the AC did not work and the fridge was on the blink. Jonathan at the front desk was very understanding and after a bit of discussion and us indicating our frustration he found us a room that was more than acceptable and to our liking. thanks Jonathan! otherwise the facilities are quite good, clean and safe.

Really good hotel. Slightly away from the agitation of Salou. With a more relaxed vibe and good for families. The reception staff were always extremely helpful and friendly, with a special mention to Victoria and Jonathan. The bar and restaurant staff were also very friendly and helpful. The food was of a good quality and there was a lot of choice. Every evening there was a different type of cuisine. There was a live show almost every evening. There are good transport links to the surrounding attractions and Nice beaches in walking distance for those that wish to enjoy the Mediterranean. There is a pool table which is very popular and you can jump into the neighbour Hotel (part for the same group) if you wish to book a massage or go to the gym. The cleanliness of the hotel is excellent and of the room as well, but I have to say we have seen a decrease in the level of cleanliness when during the last two days the staff changed, which I made sure to report at check-out. The only other slight negative is the fact that due to the position of the hotel the sun only shines at the pool from midday. The water in the pool is also colder than desired. Nevertheless, extremely happy with the choice and I will be returning in the future.

Thin walls and lots of sounds

Service and breakfast was great. But the rooms not so well , we got the room 2001 and our balcony was next to the pool. The walls was very thin and our room was next to the bar/kitchen. And it sounded a lot from the bar into our room until midnight and from 7am in the morning when they moved chairs etc. It was also very noisy from other rooms as we could hear it very clearly from our room. Walls was very thin. So the rooms was not that great.

Not a four star hotel. Breakfast not super good. Located far away from the city Center and only 1 elevator that was working which lead to lots of waiting. Staff couldn’t speak English which was a minus.
