T he staff was extremely hospitable and helpful. It was nice that the towels were on a heated rack but that made the bathroom and room warmer needed to be. Would have liked more towels: Only 1 large towel was actually absorbent and the others were 2 linen cloth type hand towels that were not.

Funcionários razoáveis, Tivemos um evento de disparo do alarme de incêndio a noite e o funcionário não sabia como resolver. Todos saíram de seus quartos, no quarto andar e ficamos aguardando por 20 minutos para que o alarme muito estridente parasse. Falto treinamento, ficou bem explícito.

Ik verbleef hier voor een evenement in de Pala Alpitour Arena. Dit was lopend prima te doen, 25 minuten. Het hotel heeft een bushalte voor de deur, lijn 17, en de metro om de hoek. De metro vertrekt elke 2 minuten. Het hotel is schoon, heeft prima bedden, een heerlijke douche en een uitstekend ontbijtbuffet. Het is wel ietwat gedateerd, kan een likje verf gebruiken. Bij de receptie zijn ze vriendelijk, spreken ze prima Engels en helpen je graag op weg in Turijn. Ik zou hier weer verblijven bij een volgend bezoek aan Turijn.
