Atendimento da recepção muito bom, café da manhã padrão de hotéis! Estacionamento no hotel estou até agora aguardando posição da gerência em relação a um risco que apareceu! Toalhas de um dos quartos estavam cheiro forte solicitamos a troca não quiseram trocar, informaram que somente depois de 2 dias! Banheiro de um dos quartos ficou sem água o dia todo, não podíamos utilizar o vaso sanitário! Vaso sanitário apertava descarga vazava água no chão! Elevador demorando muito tempo no sábado estava funcionando apenas o de serviço! Não recomendo!

Hotel ruim achei meu quarto sujo, muito cabelo no chao, dava nojo de olhar pela janela do quarto de tao sujo que estava o vidro, as toalhas das mesas do cafe da manha muito sujas , eu fiquei procurando uma mesa com a toalha limpa pra sentar e nao tinha, seria melhor se nao tivesse toalha , eu pedi travesseiros a mais porque eu e meu marido temos refluxo e o atendente disse que era 10,00 cada travesseiro, nossa eu nao acreditei, o travesseiro qud tinha no quarto era horrivel alias a fronha e os lencois horriveis encardidos escuros e todo manchado, no cafe da manha eu vi que nos pratos tinham palha de milho de pamonha, eu pedi para o atendente do restaurante ele disse que tinha acabado porque eles tinham comprado poucas rsrsrs o cafe da manha ia ate as 10:00 e eram apenas 9:00 da manha, quem administra esse hotel, esta tudo errado, entao eu nao indico este hotel para ninguem, horrivel.

Café da manhã caiu muito a qualidade. A variedade é boa justa pelo valor da diária. Porém, a qualidade piorou. Pão de queijo não assaram o suficiente. As rosas e pães duros e mal assados. Precisa regular o forno. A equipe do café da manhã precisa ser mais hospitaleira. Uma pena pois o café era o grande diferencial do hotel.
