Perfect hotel to stay at if visiting Puy du Fou

We loved every aspect of this hotel. The decor, the quality of the bedding and bed and the interior design was superb. We enjoyed a lovely meal in the garden in the evening. We will return next year.

J'ai apprécié le calme, la modernité et la propreté de l'hÎtel. S'agissant d'un 4 etoiles, j'ai été déçu par les prestations et le service client. La salle de bains etait froide et le sÚche serviette desactivé. Il m'a été repondu que c'était normal. Le petit dejeuner pour les personnes sans gluten est perfectible. La relation client est parfois abrupte.

SĂ©jour en demi teinte. Les chambres sont trĂšs bien et la dĂ©coration est plutĂŽt jolie. Elles sont fonctionnelles et la salle de bain est trĂšs agrĂ©able. Literie trĂšs confortable. Personnel peu accueillant hormis la personne de nuit qui est sympathique. PrĂ©lĂšvement Ă  tord de deux taxes de sĂ©jour et difficultĂ© pour ĂȘtre remboursĂ©. Accueil froid et peu professionnel. Aucune Ă©coute du client. Les cocktails et boissons Ă©taient chaudes. Nous l’avons fait remontĂ©, aucune excuse. J’ai mĂȘme ressenti de la moquerie de la part du personnel ce qui n’est absolument pas respectueux pour le client. Ça peut arriver mais il faut aussi savoir le reconnaĂźtre et Ă©couter les remontĂ©s des clients ; et les prendre en compte. AprĂšs, il ne faut pas se plaindre de recevoir un avis nĂ©gatif. D’ailleurs, il n’a pas Ă©tĂ© possible de parler Ă  la direction pour s’exprimer
 Le petit dĂ©jeuner n’est pas Ă  la hauteur d’un 4 Ă©toiles. Les viennoiseries, pain et brioche ne semblaient pas ĂȘtre du jour. Le chaud, n’était pas trĂšs chaud pour le coup. Certains produits Ă©taient locaux et plutĂŽt bons. L’hĂŽtel est bien situĂ© pour un sĂ©jour au Puy du Fou mais je n’y reviendrai pas.
