Top hotel for city break/holiday

I loved staying at the hotel, the staff were so friendly and helpful everyone of them, saying hello even just meeting in corridor. The rooms were very clean, modern, lovely calm decor and quiet. The breakfast and dining area were excellent with lots of choice. So well placed for walking to all the places we wanted to see, very central and yet inside the hotel gorgeous, cool foyer for resting away from heat of the day. I would recommend this hotel to couples, friends, grown up families, just superb.

Very beautiful hotel in the heart of the Seville. Walkable distance to all sites as well as bars & restaurants. Beds are very comfortable, hotel is quiet, clean, has all needed amenities, very friendly and professional staff, great roof top bar and 2 small swimming pools is a big plus too.

We had a lovely stay at this hotel. Rooms were lovely and modern. Good location within walking distance of all of the main sites. Lovely restaurant next door called Braxas which did lovely tapas and steaks and really good service. Staff were very helpful. Really enjoyed our stay in beautiful Seville.

Very stylish and neat hotel nearby Las Setas. The room was very nice, but a little bit noisy (from the inner courtyard and room above).

Seville hotel

Great hotel centrally located about 15 mins walk to old town but close to many shops and restaurants. Supermarkets close. Beautiful building. Large rooms and comfy beds. Great shower. Kettle and fridge in room but no English TV channel other than news I'm afraid. Good air con. We had a ground floir too. Very noisy as a heads up for shh early starts as the lounge is close. This was annoying. Pool in tiny.... More of a bath than plunge pool but terrace is small but an escape from crowds when hot.

Great location. Hotel clean. Staff very friendly. However we booked a superior room which was advertised by Expedia as one double and two single beds. Travelling with a friend so wanted the space. Our room did not resemble the photos for a superior room at all. Only a small window. We raised this but the only superior room available was with one double bed which was not suitable for us. We also had to chase the complimentary mini bar, robe and slippers. All a bit of a hassle unfortunately. We could not request any cost reduction as we had paid Expedia!!

Our room was large and well equipped. Water, coffee etc. replaced daily. The hotel was very, very clean and all the staff very friendly. Whilst there we were celebrated our wedding anniversary and a bottle of sparkling wine was delivered to our room - a lovely surprise. The only negative point was it could be a little noisy as voices seemed to echo around the central lounge area. Despite this we had a lovely stay.

There was some confusion about our arrival date. A miscommunication between the hotel and Expedia perhaps. The hotel weren’t expecting us when we arrived, they were expecting us the following day. This caused some panic but the hotel staff were fantastic, in particular Justo! Justo was very accommodating and did everything possible to fix the problem. They also brought complimentary champagne to our room as a birthday gift to my partner. Second time we’ve stayed here and would go back again!!
