Really great hotel! Walking distance to almost everything. The staff was really helpful and nice. The only thing we felt was missing was more lactose free products and more coarse bread at breakfast. They had lactose free milk and soy milk, we missed some yogurt. Otherwise a really good stay for us

Excellent breakfast and location, but air conditioner was slow to cool room, and shower was slippery.

8/10 Very good

We had a room on the 6th floor with a large terrace. We spent 6 nights in Prague during the heat wave and we enjoyed evenings on our private terrace. However, that terrace was never cleaned during our stay and the wind brought in litter from the roof terrace or the neighbouring apts.! The room was a good size, bright, well-equipped, including bathrobe and slippers. Highly appreciated were the light blankets as an alternative to the duvets. A/C worked night and day but we were not able to control the thermostat. Breakfast was very good. Location was OK: pretty close to the Vaclav Avenue with its shops and restaurants; within 20 minutes walking distance to the Old Town and 10 minutes to tram 22 which runs to the Hrad. All in all, a pleasant experience.

Nice room and bathroom. Clean. Room air conditioning was quite weak, though. The jacuzzi in the spa was very good. Fantastic location for all the main attractions in Prague. Breakfast service was rather mediocre, as options were a bit limited and they were very slow to refill items that ran out. Some of the staff at reception were rather grumpy and unhelpful. E.g. we asked to see the spa before booking and the lady just said "no" without any explanation. I also asked about the room size, as we had booked a deluxe room and the room we were given appeared smaller than the advertised 22 sq metres, and the receptionist's response was a sarcastic "I haven't measured the room".

The balcony was the best part of the stay. Watched the sunset and enjoyed a glass of wine on our balcony before going out to the Christmas markets. Breakfast in the morning was sufficient, and the staff were helpful.

4/10 Fair

A tale of two hotels: on the one hand, gracious staff, an A+ breakfast, an excellent location, and a clean, comfortably sized room. On the other, two twin beds that undermined the entire stay. My son and I—neither of us particularly fussy sleepers—both had miserable sleeps. The mattresses were truly substandard; we could feel the springs pressing into our ribs throughout.
