The grounds are big and beautiful. Room is extremely outdated and not attractive. They set the AC Temp at 24C fixed and guest cannot adjust lower therefore room is mostly warm. They collect 1000Baht cash (only) for every night as security deposit (I don't know for what since they can just simply ask for a credit card on file). For any guest visitor they charge 1000Baht. Breakfast is below average, lady at the reception stopped me from taking a muffin as i was leaving the restaurant reciting their rule no food to be taken out. Convenient location for walking to Patong Beach and restaurants. Easy car parking in front, but long walk from lobby to the room specially climbing to third floor without any elevator. Overall, the Hotel does not give a resort feel and has a depressing vibe. I will look for other more friendly / modern Hotel next time.

Positives - Spacious rooms and clean - Friendly staff, with a special mention to Lookpla who went over and beyond to make us feel comfortable and welcomed Negatives - Pillows smelled slightly musty - Garden facing rooms had a lot of mosquitoes - A BIG NEGATIVE was that guests were allowed to book sun lounges ALL DAY. There were many booked using towels but unused.
