Lovely new addition to Basque region

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.

Séjour du 3 au 7 août 2026. 4 adultes Bel emplacement entre mer forêt et golf. Personnel très présent et à l’écoute des clients. Petits déjeuners un peu décevants. Les produits manquants ne sont pas réapprovisionnés rapidement. Dommage qu’en plein été la corbeille de fruits soit essentiellement composée de pommes et d’oranges. Sinon quelques fruits de saison pas mûrs donc immangeables. Gros bémol !!! Nous avons oublié dans la chambre 128 un miroir grossissant sur pied (x 10). Malgré 2 appels le jour même et le lendemain de notre départ, il nous a été répondu que les femmes de chambre n’avait pas signalé d’objets retrouvés ; et donc fin de la discussion. La direction ne se préoccupe donc pas de la malhonnêteté de ses employés. Décevant !!! Je ne recommanderais pas cet établissement.

Hotel idéalement situé au calme en plein milieu d'un golf arboré, à moins de cinq minutes à pied de l'océan. Nous avons été totalement conquis par l'établissement, sa déco, le spa avec piscine intérieure, le restaurant proposant une cuisine de qualité ,la propreté des lieus, sans oublier la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel . Un parking immense gratuit est très appréciable , service devenu rare de nos jours... Belle découverte ou il nous tarde déjà de revenir y séjourner .
