Lovely new addition to Basque region

The hotel has great decor, good food and provided a relaxing stay. However on our last night we accidentally left a pair of Oakley sunglasses on our table. There was a real lack of interest from staff to locate these. For a small hotel and as the only guests left in the restaurant it seems unlikely they could have disappeared without a trace. Very disappointing response from staff and management.

Hotel idéalement situé au calme en plein milieu d'un golf arboré, à moins de cinq minutes à pied de l'océan. Nous avons été totalement conquis par l'établissement, sa déco, le spa avec piscine intérieure, le restaurant proposant une cuisine de qualité ,la propreté des lieus, sans oublier la gentillesse de l'ensemble du personnel . Un parking immense gratuit est très appréciable , service devenu rare de nos jours... Belle découverte ou il nous tarde déjà de revenir y séjourner .

Cadre magnifique pour cet hôtel idéalement situé sur le golf et à trois minutes à pied de la grande plage d'Anglet. Hôtel refait à neuf, grande chambre confortable décorée avec goût. On nous prévient une journée avant notre arrivée que la piscine extérieur est fermé ! aucun geste commercial que ce soit surclassement ou cocktail ! et on ose nous dire il ne fera pas beau ! c est pas grave si vous voulez profiter du soleil il faut aller à la plage ! et il a fait beau !
