The room was nice. Of course, it's a little dated but for the money, it was a place to sleep at a good rate. We were in 201 and the entry door to the hall was right next to our room so that when other guests arrived, that entry door made a lot of racket. Try to get a higher room number.

The staff generally seemed annoyed every time I spoke to them which was only four times over three nights. Found leftover food wrappers from the previous person. The fridge in our room wouldn't stay closed, had to lean something against it and then it wouldn't cool. Shower faucet wouldn't actually turn off, alarm clock was damaged so we couldn't use the outlets on it. Overall pretty bad place.

The location was decent with easy access to area highways, but the property is simply run down. The online photos depict the front lobby, we're seemingly all of the money for upkeep is spent. Signs of water damage could be seen on the paint in the halls, the toilet was crooked and the room, peeling paint in certain locations, and they were several areas full of trash and cigarette butts. Luckily the staff was super friendly and courteous from both concierge to housekeeping.

Don't stay here! Photos are misleading. It's a few motels connected together by little bridges rather than a hotel. Staff was rude, key card didn't work, property needed repairs, cleaning and remodeling, mattress was worn out and we kept rolling to the middle, blackout curtains didn't go to the end of the window and light poured in all night, it was very loud every time the neighbors used the water, and there was a super loud door that was opening and closing all night.

Tub didn’t drain, charging outlet on bedside lamp didn’t work, AC came on for literally 5 seconds at a time. Our room was close to the outside entrance, and that door was so loud that we couldn’t sleep. We gave up and drove home at 1:30 am.

The rooms were dirty meaning the carpet, bathroom, mold on the walls. Left the room early morning and came back to find the door wide open. The cleaning personnel must of left it open. Front desk made me feel so uncomfortable, kept asking if “I was naughty” while winking. Don’t stay here

When booking there was no age limit this needs to be updated you have to be 21 to stay here ridiculous. My husband is in the army he can serve for the United States but he couldn’t sleep at a hotel for one night with his wife and 3 month baby. Good thing there were other hotels that accepted us. Especially during bed weather situations good thing we didn’t get into an accident because we had to go search for a hotel that would accept us.

This place is very run down, in need of repair and a new coat of paint. Not worth the price of the room. I was on the first floor and one night water started to pour in the room from the upper levels. The flooring was warped and coming up. (Damaged probably from repeatedly being flooded). I put a garbage can under the leak and called the front desk. They would not give me a refund (because I booked online). I was put into a new room a few doors down and the new room didn’t have a working refrigerator and the floor was the same— warped, coming up and in need of replacement. Needless to say, we will never be staying in this hotel again.

I enjoyed the breakfast although there was not any honey to make tea. I did not appreciate one of the comforters having holes in them and brown holes on the wall. The staff was pleasant and check in was smooth sailing.
