The property was cute and has a parking garage. We had the suite and it was awesome. Michel helped us several times and it was a pleasure to stay at the hotel. With Über it was easy to get anywhere and there was a bakery nearby. Great location.

This hotels gorgeous. Has great dining section with a gorgeous piano available to play if you like that. Theres a pool shortly? We weren’t able to access during our stay as it’s not open yet but looks great. Nice windows and balconies - we stayed in the junior delux suite I think and it was amazing, big TV. Only thing is it’s a bit away from things other than the station - it’s 10 minutes walk from gare du nord. And there’s a lot of like kebab shops and sari shops nearby and like Indian jewellery I think. Not super like Parisian vibes but we liked it and there was quite a few patisseries. Easy transport though so definitely worth the stay.

Ok hotel. Not the greatest area at night but ok. Near 2 metro stations. Car park a nightmare if your car is bigger than a Fiat 500. Very tight, very steep and dingy and poorly lit. Scuffed my car on the way out which will cost more than my stay. Housekeeping variable. Staff good. Didn’t dine or breakfast there.

The hotel is really lovely and staff were friendly. The AC wasn’t working and apparently unable to be fixed according to reception. The main entrance had a large bar which was sadly never open during our stay due to staffing according to reception. There is no security on the entrance. The whole building had access to anyone, no room card entry which is a bit odd for a hotel of its star status.

The lighting in the room was flickering constantly, the lights only had one master switch which meant if you wanted to use the bathroom at night, you had to turn on every light in the room. The fridge did not work, and the air con did not work. I asked to change room but unfortunately they were fully booked. The bar doesn't open for some reason. Rough part of town, you won't feel safe at night. The bathrooms were big which was great, clean comfy bed which is good. Staff seemed uninterested.

Great hotel near the train station

This is a great hotel in a not-so-great neighborhood. The location and convenience are fantastic for seeing Paris and moving around in the city. Just need to be a little cautious in the evening and perhaps not walk alone after dark (which is good advice for almost anywhere you go). We would stay here again.

Mixed feelings about the Kube, leaning disappointed. The bed was comfortable, and the staff deserve real credit — nice, helpful, and they resolved my shower concern the first time I raised it. The catch was that fixing it meant the drain plug was removed, so I couldn’t have a bath afterwards. The room had plenty of issues. The sink and bath were both blocked, and there was visible mold behind the glass panels in the shower — not what you want in a hotel bathroom. The bathroom light didn’t work properly; when it did come on, it switched itself off while I was still in there. The shower offered no privacy from the rest of the room and had no rail or screen, so water splashed everywhere. The in-room fridge didn’t work at all, and the carpet was an odd, almost synthetic material. The lift felt rickety every time I used it, and the bar refreshments were extortionately priced. The staff clearly do their best, but the basics — working plumbing, a clean shower, a functioning fridge and lights — should be sorted first. The comfy bed and helpful team weren’t quite enough to make up for the rest.

Hidden gem in Paris.

Great experience, quite a quirky place, but for Paris it was a great change - the bar area is brilliant also as is the courtyard - the room is massice if not a little odd in terms of arrangement. The check in was easy online with several email prompts making that process super quick and simple, check out the same.

Fab contemporary hotel with lovely staff

Hotel was fab highly recommended a good base to explore Paris. Staff were wonderful / friendly and helpful. Rooms felt modern and were very clean. Restaurant serves good food and has a nice atmosphere a very nice place to spend a relaxed evening away from the busy Bistros. Just a shame the ICE bar is now closed as would have been a good experience.

I was working a night shift so chose the hotel due to its close location to the train station to get back to London. It's not a terrible hotel. But they charge you more than the night rate for the room to 'cover the mini bar' which has 6 items in it that would not calculate to the cost the charge your card (which I am yet to see a refund) and they have some serious plumbing issues. I came to the hotel at 3am and the overflow / cistern in a bathroom in an adjoining room was going off every 3 minutes. So yay, I never slept! I left early as little to no point trying to get any sleep. Overall for 4hrs an utter waste of time & money.
