Good location, friendly staff, with helpful reception staff. Good breakfast, only complaint really was one needs to use two elevators to reach the breakfast room, which was made clear at check in Overall very good value for the money You have set the expectations to the cost I would stay there again

8/10 Very good

Great location, not in a busy area but close enough to the city center. Huge room, certainly no lack of space to open your suitcase. I really would have liked a handheld shower though, only complaint.

Lovely clean, modern room. Easy check in and given map on arrival, which was a huge help. Well located for drinks and eateries. Breakfast is the 5th floor which is easily located with the lift or stairs. Plenty to choose from and diffrent food each day.

6/10 Good

The hotel lobby staff was friendly and helpful, but the breakfast staff was not interacting or even welcoming us to the restaurant. The breakfast itself was okay with lots of varietys of food, but as it was ending at 10 am even during weekends was abit early for our convinience. Cleaning was mediocre, for example the toilet seat was not cleaned once during our stay (4 nights). The room was smelling a bit stuffy. We needed to ask for more toilet paper twice.

Clean big room and bathroom. Very good AC and mini fridge. Very accessible to Old Town Prague and Main station by tram or 25 mins. walk. Lots of dining option nearby and mini mart. Front desk is very helpful especially Petre and Absernii. On our early morning check out the elevator was not working due to heavy rain from the previous night. My teen daughter and I are on the top-floor and we have 2 huge suitcases which is very difficult for us. We are very thankful that Absernii brought our suitcases all the way down from the top floor. Will definitely book again if we come back to Prague.
