Room was clean and the view was wonderful. Location right on the beach but, not much to do around the hotel. Front desk staff were not very friendly upon arrival. The restaurant and bar were understaffed but the employees who were working were very nice.

The staff was nice and friendly. Our room was clean and loved the balcony view of the ocean. The only thing I was disappointed the hotel didn’t offer coffee so you had to either walk or drive to get some. If you are a coffee drinker you can understand. Overall a great stay.

Checkin was easy. They will give you sunglasses if you leave a 6 star review. The room was good, however we did have to request fresh linens due to them not being clean. The room we received has a great view and was right over the pool, looking straight out to the beach. The bar staff was great and had great customer service. The location was also perfect.

Very enjoyable stay even though it was short had an excellent view from a high up position where my room and balcony were was able to see all the ocean all the beach and the activities down on on the ground level it was very accessible and easy to move in and out of the building it's cleanliness was good and the hotel staff was friendly all in all a good visit.

Disappointing Cleanliness, Even After Changing Rooms Our stay at Grande Beach Hotel was disappointing, primarily due to cleanliness issues. When we arrived, the air conditioner in our original room had a strong musty smell, the balcony chairs were dirty, and the bedsheet was stained. We requested a room change, and while the second room was an improvement in some areas, it still had cleanliness issues. Thankfully, the air conditioner worked well without the musty smell, and the balcony chairs were cleaner. However, we once again found a stained bedsheet, along with a towel that also had a stain. I appreciate that we were able to change rooms, but finding stained linens in both rooms was frustrating. Guests should be able to expect clean bedding and towels without having to inspect everything upon arrival. Overall, the second room was better, but the repeated cleanliness concerns left us disappointed. Housekeeping and attention to detail definitely need improvement.

The room was clean on arrival. Although the daily service only consisted of fresh towels and trash removal. There were 2 elevators but only 1 was working which created a long wait time. Most of the time we ended up having to use the stairs. The WiFi was good we had a beach balcony which had a great view but be prepared for the constant music from the bar downstairs poolside.

I enjoyed the balcony view of the beach and the easy access to the beach. It was helpful that the room was stocked with plates and cups. New dish cleaning supplies were provided. They provided a broom and dustpan which was handy to clean up sand from the beach.The room was clean and comfortable. There were 3 TVs, one for each new space. But only two had cable access. The third could only stream apps from your phone.we had one day that housekeeping didn't come and we're not sure why. But we were able to quickly get assistance from the front desk to get fresh towels. Overall, great stay and value.
