A great location is the saving grace for this place. Overall fine for what we needed but would not stay here again. Enter at street level, a very dingy entrance, take the elevator to the 2nd floor, dingy vibes there too. Man at the "lobby" was very friendly. Wifi worked fine. Luggage storage room instructions were clear. Our chosen booking stated "two large twin beds" - we had a bed with two single beds that we had to pull apart. There was a soap dispenser in the bathroom but water from showering covered the entire bathroom floor. Photo is from the morning with the beds pushed back together. Breakfast was fine. Good coffee, quite few cold cuts, cheeses, scrambled egg & beans, breads, cereal. No fruit apart from some old clementines and apples sitting in a bowl aside from the breakfast servings. Price was cheapish but have stayed in cheaper places that have felt more elevated.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, providing all basic necessities (except shampoo or conditioner), and our room did not have a bathtub (just a zero-clearance shower with drain in the floor). Small kitchenette with conventional, refrigerator, teapot, sink, and set of dishes/silverware, but no microwave. Floors 3 and 4 are not accessible by elevator. Nice location for visiting Gamla Stan (the old city). Close access to public transport. Breakfast is amazing--restaurant is clean and the food is fresh (cold cuts, cheese, vegetables, eggs, Vienna sausages, cereals, yogurt, dried fruit, and a variety of bread, coffee, tea, and juices). Good value for your money.

Receptionen skulle öppna kl 15.00. Vi var fyra familjer som stod och väntade. Ca 15.30 kom en man och öppnade, och försvann efter några timmar. Dåligt att ha en sån kort öppettid. En reception ska vara bemannad tycker jag. I badrummet under handfatet låg en tops och ett rakblad, inte så bra städat. Sängarna var smala med hårda kuddar. Annars var rummet bra. Frukosten var också bra. Det fanns det som behövdes.
