Absolutely stunning place. It was like walking into a rom-com. The balcony was such a plus. The location is ideal for visitors in the Trastevere neighbourhood where there is always something to see and do. Downside - could not use the wifi at all. The instructions were clearly printed but none of us could access it. We could not even find the wifi name in our range of network. Tried to contact them through WhatsApp but were told it was our error. If you are reliant on wifi, look into this before booking.

We had a lovely stay at Casa de Luce! The accommodation was easy to locate on Google Maps and conveniently close to bus stops, which made getting around Rome much easier. Check-in was smooth, with clear and easy-to-follow instructions on how to access the property. The management was also excellent with communication. They were responsive, friendly and quick to answer any questions we had, which made the whole stay feel easy and stress-free. The property was clean, smelled lovely, and had everything we needed for our short stay. The AC was definitely a big plus, especially as Rome was very hot during our visit, it made the accommodation much more comfortable. The amenities were complete, and there were shops nearby for anything we needed. The property is in Trastevere, which is such a lovely neighbourhood with plenty of restaurants, shops and nightlife. Despite being in such a lively area, the accommodation itself was quiet and peaceful at night. We also loved the little terrace, it was such a nice touch! Overall, Casa de Luce was comfortable, convenient and felt like a home away from home. It had everything we needed for our short stay in Rome, and we would happily stay here again on our next visit!

Everything perfect, maybe except the last bit of stairs up to the apartment. Steep, not for everybody with luggage to carry upstairs.

6/10 Good

The pin drop on the map was different than address so we were walking around with luggage confused for 10 minutes. The keypad for front door is worn away and hard to get into. The host didn’t respond till later the next day when I phoned when lost. The toilet was dirty and not a lot of household needs. Like pots or dish towels. It’s honestly a little tired for the price. I expected more.

Facil check in, boa localização, apartamento muito bem equipado.

O banheiro possui mof no teto.
