This hotel was phenomenal. The room was always cleaned upon our return and they even remembered my birthday over this stay and ensured I walked into birthday balloons after a day of exploring. Audré was very attentive, checking in on us and answering any requests/questions we had very timely. Location was perfect- far enough from the split to avoid the noise but close enough to easily access restaurants, shops, and the water. Would definitely stay again.

Beautiful place, lovely island decor and all very clean and new looking. Staff was very cordial and welcoming and were able to help with all our needs. It is about a 5 minute walk to water taxi and restaurants. Bikes are provided for free that we used on trails around the island. View of sunrise and sunsets from the premises were great. Clean and comfortable. Adure was a great host! I feel the resort /property fees were overpriced There was nothing to charge that kind of fee for! As the sargassum was causing a horrific smell not their fault understandably but other hotels were removing it from the property so it was not such a toxic smell for their guests then I would have understood the high price and taxes for the property

My husband and I stayed for 16 nights at the Treetops Hotel. We could not have chosen a better place to enjoy our time on Caye Caulker. First, Audre, the manager, was extremely helpful from the time I made the reservation until the day we left. The staff was wonderful as well. The hotel and grounds were pristine and away from the busier end of the island near The Split. There's a pool and a private area on the beach for enjoying the tropical breeze. Then there was our room, Altun Ha. It was spacious and so well-designed! It didn't feel like a hotel room. I could go on and on. My husband and I agree, if we have the chance to go back to Belize, we will definitely stay there again!
