8/10 Very good

Very comfortable and peaceful stay. I had booked a standard room. It is small but good enough for a single person. The staff are very helpful.

3rd time staying here, fantastic central location and, very clean and the staff are helpful and friendly, basic rooms but all well equipped for a city break and air con was fantastic as it was very hot

We had an enjoyable 3 night stay. The reception and breakfast area are very nice and welcoming. Our room, though clean, was very basic. No fridge. Breakfast was outstanding for a 2 star hotel including freshly squeezed orange juice and very fresh fruit. The breakfast staff were outstanding and clearly enjoy their job. Great location, walkable to everywhere you would want to see as a tourist.

4/10 Fair

The air conditioning in the room did not work, which was not good during the hot days we were there. In addition, the WiFi in the room was terrible, working only 10% of the time. When we went to complain at the front desk on the first day, the person at the front desk was annoyed and said we should check again. When we went upstairs to check, it was working and we felt embarrassed. That ended up being one of the very few times it worked. To be fair, every other person who worked at the front desk was friendly.

I was very pleased for the price I paid. It's a barebones room, but it was clean and a decent size. The lobby is fairly nice looking. The location could not be better.

8/10 Very good

Great little hotel for a night or two.

Service was great and the hotel was in a perfect location for sightseeing. My only issues were that the bed was VERY firm/uncomfortable and that the shower didn't seem to stay hot; it bounced between hot and cold.

Good apartment for single traveling. Very simple small room, but with safe and bathroom. Location was good to get in the city, but a little far from tram station.

Wonderful Service

Excellent customer service at the front desk. You need to return your key each time you exit. There was always an employee working the desk that was always friendly. Very central location. I walked to all the major sites and the metro.
