Easy to find, convenient location for exploring the blue mountains. Great facilities and easy to park The fire alarm sounded in the night due to another guest vaping in their room. The staff dealt with the evacuation calmly and professionally. Upon check out the staff where very apologetic. Bathroom extractor fans from other rooms were a little noisy.

We had booked the cheapest room available for a one night stay. Check-in was easy but once arriving to the room we discovered bad mould in the bathroom. I contacted reception straight away and they quickly upgraded our room to the next tier. The room was much better, mould free, but could use a shower head upgrade as the water pressure was poor and dribbled out. The room was moderately clean but had some dust. Parking was easy and accessible and there were great amenities available.
