It's a pretty shoddy place. The staff was nice enough, but the whole facility could use a coat of paint. Our non-smoking room was definitely a smoking room at some point. Given how close it is to the Berkshires the price is appealing, but it's not as nice as their internet photos. It's sketchy.

Ice machine did not work, traveling with medication that needed refrigeration. They could not provide any ice. Wall paper falling off walls, bathroom and bed bed were clean. THANK God!

The lobby was in poor shape. The desk was unattended but a phone call brought staff help after approx 5 min wait. The property was in an industrial area and looked a bit unkept. On the bright side, the room was clean, beds were comfortable, and the a/c was in good working order. It’s an ok place to crash for a decent night’s sleep.

The room was ok, and the bathroom was clean and functional but the toilet leaked water from the tank when I flushed it in the morning. I mentioned it and it seemed they had been unaware. The bed was very comfortable and we made use of the refrigerator. There was also a microwave so it would have been handy had we stayed longer. The A/C was on strong and I didn't realize there was a control thermostat on the opposite wall so I unplugged the A/C. In the morning the floor was wet so it must had dripped water in the night. I mentioned that too when we checked out. With a bit of attention, it could be a nicer spot.

We had booked a Non-Smoking room, but when we entered the room it was heavy with cigarette smoke. When I politely complained, the staff said that: People smoke outside. / Rooms nearby allow smoking. / Smoke can seep into the room. They did eventually find an alternate room for us that didn't have any cigarette smoke, and it was comfortable. But I had to argue (I stayed calm and polite) to get the kind of clean-air room that I had originally booked. Not good.
