Good price-quality ratio. The hotel room was clean and functional though it would be good to have a curtain in the bathtub as otherwise the whole bathroom gets wet. Food was good - quite a selection. Slightly dated rooms, common spaces were good, looked out for.

The spa was relaxing but not good value for money. The premium upgrade is basically futile, you’re only entitled to a robe, a couple soft drinks in your fridge and the ability to reserve a spot in a slightly upgraded dining experience. Upon reflection I wish I didn’t upgrade. However my fiance had her birthday and when I disclosed it the staff put in an effort to make her feel special with complimentary cava and a birthday message. Overall, I won’t be coming back due to extortion and inadequate value for money.

I usually do not go to all inclusive hotels because my experience is always the same ( low quality food, low quality drinks, and low quality of guests) This place is huge outside of town, and hill up from the beach. There is an indoor and outdoor eating area - the charm of it is like a hospital cantina and so is the food . Plastik chairs and a big loud hall with no Atmosphäre. The food is simple and missing creativity and healthy options ( fruit salad, healthy greens) The entertainment was for children The Dinks ( Wein ) I could not have - it gave me an headache. Mix drinks all low quality There where lots of old people around or young people with babies The workers where all very pleasant

The hotel is rather big and spacious however the cleanliness is below average specially in the dining room. We booked a sea view room and got put in a room which had a large olive tree right in front of our window so the only view we had was a large amount of leaves _ took 3 days to move us to another room after daily battle (if you pay extra to have a sea view you would accept to see the sea !!!). Food was ok with a good selection of daily salads however dessert were exactly the same every meal so a bit disappointing. Drinks were as you would expect in an all inclusive. The most disappointing part was the cleanliness of the dining room _ dirty plates were constantly piling on all tables meaning on busy time it was hard to find a clean table to eat. We had couple of power cut as well as and no water for half a day meaning ... No toilet / no shower / no coffee at bkfst ... Pool was heated so a nice addition for our comfort through the day - only down side was the limited amount of shades around both pools as no umbrella available. A nice water slides just out of the hotel but as it was outside you had to constantly come back to the hotel bars if you wanted a drink - nice addition but not very convenient. Rooms were rather large with a good size bathroom. Friendly staff but felt there were a shortage of staff considering the hotel were full - waiting time for getting drinks were quite long specially in the evening. Overall a OK stay but won't come back or recommend to friends.

Not enough staff to clear tables and replenish food, clean plates and glasses in restaurant. Not enough coffee/tea machines working sometimes appropriately 10-12 people in queue for 2 coffee machines as 2 were not working, also 2 toasters at breakfast time for the number of people in hotel is not sufficient. Struggled a few times to get a table for four for dinner, yet premium area had plenty of space, but no management available to ask if we could use that area instead of walking around in circles trying to find a table, then when asking overworked staff to clean table we were told they were busy. Bars definetly understaffed with big queues constantly Sunbeds reserved and left empty for hours, some sort of monitoring is required

Had a room with 15 mosquitos, didn't sleep till 4am fighting with them... All Inclusive food was GOOD , but alcohol included in all inclusive was rather bad, cocktails were so bad I had to buy bottle of cava in a store and enjoy it instead of included cocktails/drinks. Sangria in a hotel was fine tho. They don't even have Mojito cocktail included which was a big surprise for me - you have to pay for mojito... Another surprise is they wanted me to wear mask while getting beer on OUTSIDE pool bar while there was 25C....Everybody who flies to Canary island needs tests or jab so why still mask outside...

Great hotel!

Very lovely stay, you get what you pay for. Well deserved title of a 4 star hotel. We were originally given a ground floor room however I upgraded as I am paranoid about the safety of ground floors and I paid an extra €80 for a sea view room and it was massive and the view was immense! Definitely recommend! Short walk to Burger King and the gorgeous beach although it’s a steep hill, takes around 5-10 mins and on some occasions we took a taxi which was around €3.50. Food and drink - just an average all inclusive. Just what you’d expect from a 4 star. Only problem I had with my stay is that I wanted to buy a photo that a photographer took of me and my boyfriend in the pool. But there was never anyone at the photo desk! We even left a note with our number on saying we wanted to buy a photo but no response. We asked reception a couple of times but they couldn’t help as it is a separate company. Apart from that, amazing stay and would definitely recommend. Would I stay again? Maybe, lovely hotel but location wise there’s not much going on.

No está mal pero creo que necesita dedicar más al mantenimiento general del hotel. Hay zonas y habitaciones bastante deterioradas y anticuadas. La comida también se podría mejorar. Por lo demás, no tengo ninguna queja. Lo mejor del hotel es el trato del personal.

Ich habe kürzlich eine Woche in diesem Hotel verbracht und bin absolut begeistert. Von der Ankunft bis zur Abreise war der Service erstklassig. Das Personal ist äußerst professionell, aufmerksam und herzlich. Mein Zimmer war nicht nur geschmackvoll eingerichtet und sehr sauber, sondern bot auch einen fantastischen Komfort. Besonders beeindruckt hat mich die Liebe zum Detail sowie die hohe Qualität der Ausstattung. Auch das Frühstücksbuffet ließ keine Wünsche offen: Die Auswahl war exquisit und die Produkte waren von bester Qualität. Der Wellnessbereich ist eine wahre Oase der Entspannung. Alles in allem war dies ein Aufenthalt auf höchstem Niveau. Ich kann dieses Hotel jedem empfehlen, der Luxus und exzellenten Service sucht. Vielen Dank an das gesamte Team für diese wunderbare Erfahrung – ich komme sehr gerne wieder!

Poolområdet var bra. Plus var att den ena poolen var uppvärmd, att det fanns bra grunda delar för barnen samt att de var stora och hade en fin naturlig form. Minus var att det inte fanns några parasoll, att marplattorna runtomkring var extremt hala samt att det dånade ut hög musik ur ett par sprängda högtalare. Rummen var ganska slitna men ok. Sängarna sköna. Väldigt lyhört så vi hörde grannen snarka.
