From the minute we arrived the two ladies on reception were lovely and welcoming, very helpful, the room was spacious and clean, from the tea and coffee selection (plus biscuits) and the bathroom goodies, everything was catered for, lovely hotel, we will definitely be back 😊

Great location a few minutes walk to the tower, staff were really friendly and helpful and breakfast was delicious. Small but clean rooms with everything you need. There's a carpark that you can reserve a space in a few minutes walk away as there is no parking outside the hotel.

Paul and the team were wonderful, very friendly! You can tell that they have a proper family dynamic there! It was a good place to rest our heads for the night and Paul went above and beyond for us on the night when we had a little mishap! Thank you Paul and the team :-)

I guess you you only get what you pay for, I won’t stay there again. It smelt as soon as you walked into the hotel it was hot and clammy. The room was small as well as the en-suite. The staff was lovely though.
