Best customer service! Cannot remember when I last stayed at a hotel with such good customer service. Friendly helpful staff and in particular owner Liam who enhanced our daily sightseeing itineraries and made multiple excursion bookings on our behalf. Rooms very clean and comfortable. At breakfast there were even takeaway boxes for pastries. Would return in a heartbeat!

Great spot to stay!!

My granddaughter and I stayed here for three nights. We were greeted warmly and Cliff even helped us bring our bags to our room. All the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. We loved the pool and hot tub which were well maintained! We enjoyed the continental breakfast each morning. We truly loved staying here and are already making plans to return!

School vacation get away

Third year we stayed with grandchildren for school vacation. Pool and hot tub are in good shape and clean. The breakfast is perfect for a family, pastry, yogurt, cereal, muffins, bagels. Coffee and tea always available. Staff and owner extremely nice and you have daily maid service that you don’t get much since Covid. We’ll be back.

Hyannis Travel Inn on Cape Cod trip

The staff was excellent. However, the bathroom bathtub needs a new plug and a new toilet. The bathtub plug was rusted and needs replacement. Not sure why the toilet seemed to keep running. We think that caused the upper part of the toilet bowl to be stained with rust which looks very dirty. Needs to be replaced.

Loved how the dining area was set up around the tropical feel of the pool area although within the city of Hyannis
