Avoid this hotel at all costs.

The check in was easy. The condition of the room was horrible. The tub faucet leaked continually, and the tub was dirty there was black mold around the registers, the refrigerator froze our food and leaked, the room smelled musty, and worse of all the room was infested with stink bugs. Someone needs to call the health dept on them.

The room was clean , service was good . But the condition of the condo was terrible, the sliding door was almost inoperable, the vanity in the bathroom was rotten from water damage. There was what appeared to be mold growing from the cabinet under the sink. We have stayed many times with the company that owned this property in thier other property. We ended up moving to this location mid way through our trip, because our mountain top location was making people sick to drive up to! We wanted something spacious, and convenient to finish our trip, and this was perfect. Easy check in, very nice room, well organized, and nice information binder in the room to provide you with all key info. Staff let us park our car early on before checking in. The location is so perfect to downtown Gatlinburg, so we were able to walk to many different places. Many great food options nearby... and, wow Bennetts BBQ is AMAZING!
