The person on the front desk when we arrived was very rude and our baggage we had to look for because he did not tell us if it had arrived or anything. The rest of the staff was amazing. We were on the 6th floor which was very loud.

Excellent séjour, complètement inattendu dans cet hôtel aux portes des remparts de Lugo. Accueil personnalisé et chaleureux, surclassement en chambre et cadeaux de bienvenue « spécial éclipse ». Petit déjeuner vraiment délicieux avec du choix et des produits frais. Dommage qu’il soit en sous-sol! À part cela un grand sens de l’hospitalité et du service +++.
