Nice place in Palermo

This hotel is top-notch with great service and an outstanding breakfast. It was a little noisy in the mornings due to construction around the building but overall peaceful and convenient to local shopping and dining within walking distance.

residence o hotel?

Nice residence in a very good location in central Palermo - quiet street.

I would recommend this hotel. The room was massive and the hotel entrance is very safe, secure and in a convenient neighbourhood. The room is a bit dated. However, the stand out is the staff who are very professional and excellent at suggesting places to eat and see. Marco and Serena were fundamental to my excellent stay. Due to their help, I booked a second stay a week later.

ity break

Felt safe staying here during the current coronavirus problem, with good protection measures in place. Good central position & reasonable breakfast choices. Overall very good value for money.

The hotel was convenient for sights & restaurants. The decor is a bit tired. We did have a big room which was good, but the bathroom, the shower cubicle in particular was small. The staff were friendly and efficient.

It is a 10-minute walk to city centre. The service is good, though there is no reception staff from 11pm to 7am.

Hotel location, room, service are all great! Impeccable! The only dissatisfaction is the parking problem. The hotel does not have its own parking lot. You can park on the street or in a cooperative parking garage. The parking garage around the corner of the hotel is expensive. It costs 3 euros an hour beyond 12 noon. The acceptance was to hand over the car keys to the basement manager. The basement slope was steep, and my long car almost got to the chassis. Later on the road decisively, cheap, but poor security.

Excelente hotel!
