Room was okay, when we walked in, there was a dirty soiled pillow on the bed with no pillowcase on it, and we returned it to the desk. Fortunately, we brought our own pillows. The lampshade fell off due to poor condition. Overall, the hotel seem to have been renovated with tile and the rooms were decent, but the furniture definitely needs to be replaced overall good experience staff was very friendly. It is the nicest hotel in Fitzgerald, compared to the others which are very rundown.

There were roaches! The tub/shower was not clean. Heavy bleach smell. The carpet was filthy in the stairwell and hallway. Very noisy as well. It’s a small town and there aren’t many lodging choices. Perhaps this is why the property is ill maintained. There were a couple of positives. The check in went smooth and the clerk was nice. The outside of the property is nice and easily accessible.

The whole building was disgusting. The front desk staff was nice. The lobby was full of people that looked strung out. Pool was closed and dirty. The carpet throughout the building was a disaster. The 2 rooms we stayed in were extremely dirty and had trash left over from previous tenants. The rooms were full of mold and the tv in one room didn’t work. There was mold around the air conditioners. Other guests were extremely loud, banging on walls, and running through the halls all night. The exterior doors that are supposed to be locked and require key card access to open are broken allowing anyone to come in and out as they please. The card readers and deadbolts on the room doors don’t work leaving your room easily accessible by anyone and everyone. The free breakfast was a complete joke. It was an absolute disaster and will not be staying again. I will spend the extra money and stay at nicer places.

The facility was average and that's okay. Everything was clean and comfortable. A few deficiencies. Tissue box was empty. Shower gel, shampoo and conditioner bottles were all empty as well. Housekeeping needs to have some sort of followup. Staff seemed to be bothered by our presence. I got a a perfunctory welcome at check in. At breakfast the coffee urn was empty. Went to the front desk to get it filled and was told to use the urn in the lobby. It just had a half a cup. Eventually the coffee urn was refilled but the attitude of the person was one in which she made me feel I inconvenienced her by interrupting her book reading and/or phone use. Next time I visit Fitzgerald, we will try another hotel.

The staff were great and accommodating, but the hotel itself was not. The rooms were rough and the couch was stained. Nothing was dusted and toilet paper from the last stay was still there. The floor was so bad that it stained my socks after walking on them for 5 minutes.

Staff was friendly. Room and building are very neglected. Stains on bedding blanket and chairs in room. Breakfast was poor. Tasted like powdered eggs. Ran out of sausage. Had to ask for coffee to be made. Hole in wall at end of our hallway. Stains on carpets in hallway and not vacuumed. Had to wait extra hour for room to be ready. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
