For the price you can’t beat it. Friendly staff and when things are broken or not working they fix it. Just wish the ice machine and more of the washer and dryers were working

Interior had nice upgrade touches while exterior looked a little run down, so entering the room was a nice surprise. Bed was comfortable, the AC worked. Two downsides: 1. No hot water for shower 2. Lots of sketchy people loitering, walking around. Had to sign a sheet saying I understood no fighting, no drugs, must be dressed if outside room. This was a pit stop for me on my way home. Great value. I would stay there again, especially if they get their hot water issue resolved.

The room wasn’t very clean. Dusty, dirty floors, trash under the bed, brown stained tub. But it was quiet, the staff was friendly, and the price was reasonable. We were helped quickly when we needed it, and left alone when we didn’t, and I was able to bring my puppy. The new kitchenette in the rooms are a nice addition to the remodel.

The staff here is always so helpful. I feel very safe knowing they diligently watch the cameras and are willing to let guests know if they see anything in question. I had one of two things to report to maintenance and those issues got resolved in a timely manner. The location is very convenient because it’s so close to highway 95. Also, as noisy as it tends to get off 341 this hotel has enough distance that you never hear any of the normal sounds you might consider a nuisance or a hindrance to a good nights rest.

Beware of their AI robot fake person who answers the phone when you Google search this facility by name online. I had my reservation assured by a FAKE ROBOT PERSON and arrived to find that I was officially a no-show with a one night stay charged and the remaining days of my reservation cancelled. The robot assured me that would not happen and at the time, I didn't realize it was not a real person I was speaking to. Hotels.com fixed it, but - beware.
