It’s always nice to come here, everyone is helpful! Breakfast is great and you are close to shopping here downtown , this is my second time here and will stay again, I did use the hammock on my balcony overlooking the pool ….i look forward to the the big tree to bear fruit again so I can see the wild flock of Mexican parrots , I did see them fly by one evening …..Cuernavaca is an amazing place

This is a wonderful place to stay! The staff is friendly, and the location is clean and cozy. One of the highlights is definitely the pool and jacuzzi; they're fantastic! The pool stays warm, making it really comfortable to relax in. Don't miss out on the delicious food at Amaranto restaurant, where the service is always warm and welcoming. Whether you're here for a quick getaway or a longer visit, it's a great choice. We can't wait to come back soon!

My young child and I stayed here during a weekend visit to Cuernavaca. The hotel is very well decorated and close to El Centro. The room was very big, but basic, meaning I wish it had more, and I didn't have to ask for everything (i.e., iron, hair dryer, extra toilet paper and heavier blanket). The staff was very friendly, although not always at the front desk/lobby. The pool was nice and heated, but there are no loungers or even pool chairs, only cast-iron benches which are not comfortable or ideal for lounging by the pool. I think if I had my choice, sadly, I would not stay here again, as I do not believe it was worth the money.

I really enjoyed my stay in Meson de las Delicias with my family. The atmosphere is calm and very comfortable, nice art details in the building and a helpful staff. Museums and great restaurants at walking distance. Hope we’ll be back soon. Just one suggestion, more variety in the breakfast menu would be very welcome.

This is the 3rd time I stay in this hotel, excelent customer service especially from Alejandro, always offering to help with luggage, offering waters, offering to clean the room. Restaurant breakfasts was delicious, they also open the restaurant the whole day on Fridays and Saturdays. Very convenient location, a few minutes walking to downtown Cuernavaca, I recommend staying here for a romantic weekend or family getaway.

The location is convenient to the Zocalo, but the immediate area isn't great. The hotel is closed up at night after 8pm for security reasons. Some other guests decided to party loudly around the common areas of the hotel in the middle of the night, and there was evidently no one on duty to quiet them down. I loved and hated this hotel.
