Room was clean and had enough towels but maybe would need more TP. Had enough beach stuff for us! Only thing I saw a few roaches in out room. They need to fumigate for sure!

The apartment/building is old and lacks maintenance (dirty walls, old furnitures and bathroom appliances). The add doesn´t specify it is a residential building, with private services. The (male) receptionist didn´t bother to greet me and/or do my check-in promptly, eventhough it was late at night (10pm). There wasn´t any other guest around, only me and my spouse. He just calmly finished his texting to, only then, give me some attention. Didn´t provide any information about anything, wi-if, cleaning (which wan´t included), elevators (which old and was confusing). The only highlight is the apartment´s superb ocean view . The location was not that good either mening it was not close to anything. This is typical in that part of Miami, which I was already aware. The pricing was below average considering Miami rates but that comes with an equivalent (lack of) service.

Bayside view room

For the price it was amazing and the view of our room was incredible. Plenty of silverware and plates. The espresso machine was great as well. The beds were also very comfortable.

Free valet was a big perk! I could easily walk to the beach and the view was gorgeous. Hosts were very responsive.
