Beautiful waterfront views from our room. Extremely helpful staff. We made good use of the executive lounge which was peaceful. Good breakfast buffet, with lots of choice. Ideally located near metro and mainline station. There is no restaurant for lunch or evening meals however the neighbouring shopping centre has plenty of eateries.

The hotel was modern, very clean, and well maintained. The staff was very friendly. To enter the hotel you had to carry your luggage up a full marble staircase. You also had several stairs for the breakfast buffet. This hotel is not accessible for older or handicapped people. The rooms were modern and clean. We felt the rooms could use better lighting.

Very much enjoyed my stay with my son. Clean room, helpful staff. Hotel is next to a big mall. 5 mins to the metro Havneholmen, but there is a train station too. I chose this hotel as I didn’t want it to be too central , and it was perfect. This was my first visit to Denmark, and it didn’t disappoint. I would come back again.
