The hotel has a beautiful waterfront view. The room we stayed was a bit old but spacious and had a table snd chairs which was very convenient for eating. There were 2 convenience stores and Bento (take away food) shop in front of the hotel. There is a bus stop to go to CBD in 5mins walk. A Bus takes 20-30-mins to CBD, only 230yen (like $2) and a taxi takes 10-15 mins less than 2000yen (like $20). The breakfast buffet was great, a lot of good choices and friendly staff, Tanimura san was very friendly and looked after us very well. We appreciate their hospitality. Overall it’s a good hotel in a quiet area with friendly staff.

The hotel management should be ashamed of leaving one elevator active when accomodating 400 guests, with no alternative to reach the rooms, as the stairs were blocked! The room could’ve done with a better clean. The bathroom has signs of age including mould and it was very small. The glass doors leading to the balcony were covered in smears, annd there was no coffee or creamer in the room just t bags. Other than that the room was fine. Just fine. Average.
