My daughter and I stayed at this hotel for nine days, and we had a wonderful experience. Our room was cleaned every single day, and we always had plenty of fresh, lovely towels. The air conditioning was also a big plus and made sure we slept very well every night. The breakfast was absolutely delicious! My daughter especially loved being able to choose fresh fruit such as pineapple and mango and cut it herself. My daughter took part in the Beach Travels beach volleyball camp during our stay, and it made this autumn holiday extra special. We had such a fantastic time! We also explored beautiful Sperlonga, enjoying hikes in the mountains and wonderful boat trips along the coast. Sperlonga is truly an amazing place, and this was a holiday we will remember for a long time. Absolutely fantastic – we would love to come back! Love from Norway.

The breakfast was among the most excellent on the whole of our trip to Italy. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. Disappointed that we booked a superior double room and were advised that we were “upgraded” upon check in to a family room which was in the basement! No option given. It was quiet and dark but not what we booked. Hotel is NOT near the beach so don’t be fooled by the pics. Property was lovely but very dated and in need of update.

Great hotel and well run. Kudos to the management . Breakfast was amazing with a huge selection. Their reserved beach area was also great, no rocks , smooth sand and great for kids . Only a 5 min shuttle ride that runs throughout the day until evening.

The property was very clean, the staff were very helpful answering questions regarding the hotel and the surrounding areas. The shuttle to the beach was convenient and readily available. The private beach was lovely with chairs and umbrellas to rent and a very nicely decorated and welcoming facility for drinks, food and restrooms. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a huge variety for our large family and a calm and lovely way to start the day. The spa services were a wonderful addition to our stay. I wouldn’t consider this a 4 star hotel. We were in a room in the basement that had no wifi and even tho we asked a few times nothing was done. Water wasn’t replaced even when asked and no one explained how the booking of beach chairs worked. When you come all the way from Canada expecting wifi and a beach spot , it’s disappointing to not get this and be paying 500$/ nite. The city is stunning and beautiful ! The shuttle service to the beach and the buffet were also great

This particular hotel stay was a completely unique experience for myself and my family, not only because it was our first time staying there as well as our first time visiting Sperlonga, but also because after we checked out, we could not think of one even somewhat critical observation about our stay. This hotel absolutely lives up to the “Grand” in its name and then some. Every area of it is so beautiful, clean, and comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and accomodating. The staff is so welcoming, helpful, and friendly, and all the amenities offered are so lovely, from the wonderful morning breakfast, the pool and other outdoor areas, and the complementary shuttle service to and from their portion of the beach. While I would have preferred to have known in advance what the cost was to reserve chairs and an umbrella at the beach, the beachside staff assisted us quickly and competently, with the charge added to our bill upon checkout (rather than requiring cash in hand). This truly felt like a boutique hotel experience, yet very reasonably priced. We can’t wait to return!

Very attentive, knowledge and kind staff. Nice pool area. Close to the beach and Sperlonga city centre. 10 min walk from bus stop. Nice Italian breakfast, but limited, and nothing is refilled from 9 and onwards. If you like to sleep in you won’t find much, and the food will be a bit stale.
