Nice rooms, spacious bathrooms, and friendly staff. Parking is a block away and a minor inconvenience, but for the value you get for this location in Hot Springs, it is not a dealbreaker at all.

This hotel was nice. My bed was very firm which I didn’t care for but that is a personal preference. Great location to downtown and food choices. Biggest gripe is I had to pay to park. But that’s every where downtown. The room was great lots of space wonderful bathroom with a big shower.
