Clean rooms, huge bathroom, had shower stuff in the shower. Big jacuzzi that was hot enough and great ice machine. No breakfast just coffee/ tea and cookies in the lobby. Staff I dealt with were very nice. A few gas stations around and a pizza place next door but it was pricey. Not really near anything else. We didn't know the area and didn't want to explore too much. But bring your own snacks..great for couples wanting to spend time together. Quiet area and great views.

Clean, friendly staff, moderate accommodations just outside Ojai in Oak View. Things to note: low flow water pressure in the sink and shower. Shampoo & body wash provided in the shower but no conditioner. Hand soap and lotion provided by the sink, all in refillable, attached to wall containers. Can definitely hear the neighbors coming and going, using the stairs.

Bathroom was very clean as far as I could tell. Amenities were body wash and shampoo in the shower, and 4 shower caps on the bathroom counter. Air conditioner and outside street noise were very noisy but I was able to sleep through it. Mattresses are very soft and slept-in, but that's expected at this level of hotel. Office staff were courteous and nice. They'll ask for your car's license plate when you check in for parking purposes.

Overall the hotel is in an excellent shape. I like amenities and the room was very clean. The gentleman that help us at the desk was courteous. There was a Latina lady at the desk, she was not that courteous. I forgot something and the guy that clean my room call me to let me know. That was so nice from him. When I call to pick up the clothes left there was a white lady, not so nice. She told me that she was busy and that the reception of my phone was not good. I think you need to have a better customer service.

The room was great: spacious, comfortable, and well accommodated with amenities. I really appreciate the helpfulness of the staff. The only complaint i have was that the room was a bit dusty, but the overall cleanliness was impressive otherwise.
