Friendly staff, large clean room and all the basic amenities you’d need. The room is a little dated but very clean and comfortable. Great value overall and Included free parking, in room coffee pot and mini fridge with ample towels and pillows. We will return next time we visit friends in Ojai.

This stay was nice, quiet and perfect for a peaceful weekend.

This was a last minute reservation for a quick overnight. The room was nice and big and clean. The receptionist was friendly. I am glad to have found a place near to where my brother lives.

10/10 Exceptional

Older hotel with a large kidney bean shaped hot tub in an attractive seating area. Large rooms, large bathrooms and fresh crisp sheets & towels.

6/10 Good

Staff were very nice and friendly. The hot tub was very comfortable for relaxing. The breakfast was not continental; it's a grab-and-go breakfast! The room and bedding appeared clean, but when I got home and checked my belongings, I found a small German cockroach inside my suitcase.

Clean room, convenient parking, very close drive to downtown Ojai

Very Clean and comfortable. The room was spacious with path ways wide enough for my wheel chair. The grab bars and shower seat made the tub accessible for me.

It was worth the money. A good value no frills property.

Property is very clean and Ashish was very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The hotel had everything needed for our stay. Was surprisingly quiet in the evening despite being right on Hwy 33. Nice little coffee and grab and go breakfast in the morning. Would stay here again and recommend to others.

Parking was very easy, with a space right outside our room. The room was comfortable, clean, and inviting. Continental breakfast was very rudimentary but fine Staff were warm and helpful. We could stay here again.

I checked in with my wife pretty late at night, however there was a very nice and helpful attendant available during checking that gave us all the info we needed to know about our stay, from where to park closest to our room, to how to get to the hot tub. There were also bagels and coffee available for breakfast which was greatly appreciated!

Room and bathroom were clean, nice and cozy place to stay overnight.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean rooms, huge bathroom, had shower stuff in the shower. Big jacuzzi that was hot enough and great ice machine. No breakfast just coffee/ tea and cookies in the lobby. Staff I dealt with were very nice. A few gas stations around and a pizza place next door but it was pricey. Not really near anything else. We didn't know the area and didn't want to explore too much. But bring your own snacks..great for couples wanting to spend time together. Quiet area and great views.

Very cute and quaint place! Loved the jacuzzi! It looks like a small pool but its a very large jacuzzi lol! The rooms were clean and it's a short ride from DT Ojai. :)

Room was clean and location was great

6/10 Good

Parking was great and the rooms and property were generally clean, just dated. The beds and pillows were very stiff and uncomfortable for me (and I'm saying this as someone who likes a fairly firm mattress). The pool listed as an amenity is actually more of an oblong hot tub deal, the perspective of the photo posted is kind of misleading as is calling it a pool.

A bit hard to get in and out of since entrance only accessible from one side of road. Had to do u-turns if coming from wrong direction. But staff very friendly. Room had fridge and microwave. But not many places to eat!

Parking was secure and the room was clean. Only downside it is near the highway, I would suggest wearing earplugs.

The room was clean. The room we stayed in was supposed to be a queen bed but it was a full. The room we stayed in had a huge bathroom perfect for doing your hair & makeup. Hair dryer, iron, small coffee maker, mini fridge & microwave all in the room.

Clean, safe and comfy. Breakfast is not breakfast…. Just a bagel and powdered creamer. Hot tub was nice. Staff were friendly. Room was adequate but quite small.
