Very dirty. Dirt and blood stains on the sheets. A lot of hair in the pool from the morning. Stressful music and a lot of kids at the pool in the afternoon. Very bad breakfast - would not recommend eating there. Location is fine - far from the city center.

Old hotel with nice pool

The hotel is old, shows that it is old. But the workers are awesome. The bed was super hard. The pool is super. It could be cleaned more often from sand but I guess it’s a never ending story. The pool manager was great!

Nice Hotel, close to the beech and to public Bus

stayed there 2 for days early Oct. and 1 day Late October.. In 2013 Morocco has too many hotel rooms for the number of tourist. This Large 4 star Hotel was only half full. I liked it, we had a good time, but all the tourist hotels appear to be hurting. Nice swimming pool.

I will send a formal conplaint. I was promise a reliable internet connection. I had a program to teach and unfortunately, the internet connection got cut off more than 25 times which rendered tue teaching very hard. When I talked to front desk, they said there is nothing they can do.

Zimmer riesen gross. Föhn kaum zu gebrauchen, fehlende Handtücher. 3x angerufen und erst nach 2 stunden Wartezeit kamen endlich. Ich frage nach einer Wasserflasche als Entschädigung wurde das abgeleht. Ich hatte n Termin und musste daher alles verschieben, da ich nicht rechtzeitigen duschen konnte. 2 Balkone zur Verfügung aber da gegenüber ist eine Baustelle und Lärm selbst bei geschlossenen Fenster bzw. Doppel Balkontüren
