Staff was really professional and frendly. They upgraded our room - thus thaks to that. Breakfast as breakfast was good, although no really delicious surprises. Breakfast "room" was not cosy. There were lot of hotel customers - thus most likely between 8-9 is rush hour, which made our experience feeling that breakfast was chaotic.

The check in process was easy ! The staff was extremely helpful and accommodating. Our airlines misplaced our luggage and the front desk staff, Anna went above and beyond to help us. We were given a toiletries, chargers and directions to what we needed for the first night till our baggage was located. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. The location was convenient. Would love to stay here again ! Thank you to the excellent staff, you guys make all the difference!

LOVED our stay at the Klaus K. The staff was extraordinarily friendly and welcoming. Our Sky balcony room had great views, was very spacious, and immaculately clean. I wore the slippers they provided for 3 days in the room and the soles remained white, which shows how well they kept the hard tiled floors clean!! The bed was comfy and the shower was wonderful. We will absolutely stay again next time we are in Helsinki.

We loved the hotel, excellent location with tram stop outside front. Breakfast is super all you need and tasty. The room was spacious with comfortable bed and lovely bathroom. We had a window We could open with view of tree lined street. Staff couldn't be more helpful, being Lesbians they had no issues. We love the hotel and highly recommend it

Greeted at check in with room upgraded to a Sky loft. Very comfortable bed and excellent soundproofing. Good breakfast offerings including porridge and plenty of Finnish breakfast items. Breakfast room is a little small and was very busy on Friday but for weekends you request a time to start (0800-0900 for instance) and it was much more relaxed. Tram stop right outside and easy access to the station and anywhere in the city. Would certainly stay here again.

Nice big room overlooking the street. Got fairly loud for all the Friday night fun. Staff was super helpful to make a special anniversary trip memorable. Bathroom is a little dated.
