6/10 Good

Hotel is ok, abit dated. Location good. The cleaning of the rooms was dreadful, didn’t dust anywhere, left dirty cups in the room, left rubbish in the room and only hoovered where they didn’t need to move furniture. Breakfast was good. Staff pretty good.

Spacious room with wonderful view of the lake. Sauna and pool were enjoyable after long days skiing or hiking. The room did feel cool despite the air-conditioner on high - adjoining room requested additional heater which was provided.
