When we got to the hotel it's was ok i like the room we got the shower was working the bed was not comfortable it felt like we were sinking down we couldn't sleep and the other problem was the jaquizzi i payed for a room with a Jacuzzi and the only the problem is that the jet wasn't working so we couldnt use the jaquizzi i payed money so that i can be satisfied with the service ty i would like a discount cause i payed for having good service

Wreaks of Prost-tituiom or a cheap adult Set

Arrive to check in. Weird vibe. No friendly welcoming service with a whole bunch of computer clicks. Given keys and told go that way behind silver doors…it was very confusing. This poorly designed The door to the rooms is not outside, you have to go in and look for the room the. Move car so your close to the entrance. Room- super cold. Im surprised no ice on ceiling mirrors. No couch, The room looks like and adult film was filmed or a history of pros-tit uicon was done here. Mirrrors on ceiling and bed. Foul odor from AC unit and it was leaking in a closet sounds like a creek of water. Couldnt sleep. My clothes is wreaking of the foul smell. Dont Bring a Family here!!!!!!

The staff lady was kind when we got there. The sheets were clean in the room and there were towels extra towels the bathroom. They have shampoo, conditioner and body wash bottles in the bathtub. Except the Body wash bottle was empty... Good thing I brought my own. There isn't anything vents in the room causing humidity to pile up in there and didn't smell very pleasant everytime we walked in there. No vents in the toilet stall. You will sweat! You will stench up the whole room if you leave the door open to the toilet. The hallway carpets are filthy. I walked on my socks to the vending machine and my socks turned dirty brown. The hallway trash was full and hadn't been taken out for the 2 days we were there. IHOP is around the corner from Commack inn.

I do not recommend this hotel for anybody. Do yourself a favor and stay far away from this establishment. This place honestly should be turned into a homeless shelter to help the homeless because at $150 a night. It is an absolute rip off. There is not one good thing about this place. It is terrible all around if you’re thinking of staying here, do yourself a favor and run.

The room was pretty gros, does not match ANY of the pictures. Carpet sticky in spots, ripped up in other spots. Someones phone number CARVED into the table. No fridge or microwave. Door did not even close correctly. Overall not an optimal stay despite the cheap price.

The room was neat and clean when we arrived. Front desk receptionists were always helpful. A safe and secure place. A little inconvenient without a refrigerator or microwave, and make sure you bring your own hair dryer, but we would go back again. We just needed a nice place to stay a few days while we were visiting friends.
