It is disappointing to see how much this hotel has declined compared to previous stays. The cleanliness is far below the standard it once had. The gym is extremely dirty, and the bathrooms—both in the common areas and inside the rooms—are not cleaned properly. If you look closely at the corners and details, there is visible dirt everywhere. The room also had a noticeable smell of sweat, and even something as simple as opening the balcony door was difficult because it was not functioning properly. Overall, it feels like the hotel is no longer being managed with the attention and care it once received. There seems to be a lack of supervision and quality control, and unfortunately, the result is evident. What used to be an excellent hotel is now starting to feel neglected. I truly hope the management takes these issues seriously and restores the quality that made this hotel so special in the past.

Wedding Anniversary in Portugal

What an awesome hotel overall. Great location and with ample parking. Staff was extremely friendly and professional. They gave us an amazing room upgrade wow! We would recommend this hotel and if we ever come back we will stay here for sure.
