Great place, few minutes walk from southern cross station or catch a tram outside for 2 stops to the cbd. The hotel was clean tidy, staff were great, the room had a small balcony which was nice to enjoy morning sunshine with a cuppa. Enjoyed the stay and hope to again soon.

Great location. Less than 10 mins walk from Sky bus terminal (for a pensioner with a heavy suitcase). 2 mins walk to tram stop for free tram. The reception/desk staff were very helpful with transport links. I was upgraded to a room with a street view, with a fridge/ kitchen/cooking facilities. Would definitely recommend
