Older motel, wear and tear inside and out, but room was clean, just don't look too closely in the corners. The bed and bedding was clean and comfortable. Okay stay for the price, will stay again.

For the price we paid it was suitable for a place to shower and sleep for the travelling stop we had to make. The staff was very helpful.

The price for an overnight stay on a 2-day road travel was unbeatable. The location was strategic. Fast food restaurants were within walking distance. And breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly . Hard to beat these circumstances.

The room has a kitchenette, which was very convenient for preparing simple meals with our own cooking equipment. The only downside was that the ventilation fan did not work properly.

We looked for the cheapest hotel for our family and we got what we expected! The room was clearly old, but was clean. Breakfast was basic but much appreciated. The pool was out of service, which bummed the kids out but we walked to McDonald’s instead and got ice cream, so everyone was placated.

Large room. We were at back of building and it was quiet and had a nice view out the back window. The place is a bit run down looks but you can have a nice stay there and the B price is right

The room was sparkling clean. Everything was organized. I will definitely book it again if I visit Kamloops.

The floors have never been cleaned. Our feet were black. There is nothing useable in the “kitchen”. Vinyl flooring over large holes that you sink into. Mold in all the vents and air conditioners. No amenities ( towels, soap, cutlery…..). Free breakfast is old cereal or bread for toasting.

Bedding and bathroom were clean. Air conditioner wasn’t really working and very hot in there. Also very loud spot. Breakfast was simple but fine. Ok for a quick, cheap overnight stay. But next time I’d spend a little more and go somewhere nicer.

We just stayed for 1 night. It was clean and quiet.

The room was very dated and the carpet had deep staining but the cleaning staff had done a good job so the room was clean. The staff were excellent at check in as well as we had trouble working the tv remote and they came immediately to help. The staff were all very friendly, polite and helpful. Parking was good and close to the room. For the money, it was a good place to stay.

Best Budget Inn was comfortable, quiet, cool and clean in the room but the outside areas needed work. Needs more power receptacles. The indoor pool was being used for storing old furniture. Stairs were dicey. Breakfast was OK but items (cereals, waffles, juice, yogurt) were depleted by half time.

10/10 Exceptional

Room was clean, and had what we needed. Staff was friendly and helpful. Parking lot is congested and small, but not other options for property size. Washing machine was adequate, however the dryer was not working properly and we had to hang clothes in the room to finish drying overnight. Breakfast was a small selection, but more than adequate for us

2/10 Poor

Clean a room and a breakfast was terrible
Verified review

6/10 Good

The staff is great. The rates are good. But mattresses are not great. Don’t book if you have back issues. The ownership REALLY needs to reinvest in the rooms. They’ve already done floors which are wonderful, but the door frames need paint. Any room we’ve been in needs wall repair. Close 5 rooms at a time and get at it. But the staff is great.

The room was ok and the bed (mattress) was great. Floors needed a wash as my feet got dirty walking on them. The outside sidewalk etc had litter, stains etc Only one bar of soap!

The exterior of the building is clean and inviting. The room is older, but clean with amenities. No real water in the shower - I let it run a long while and still not hotter. Can still take a shower, but it’s slightly hotter than warm. Generally, great value for your dollar and it feels clean and safe.

This stay was a bit less desirable from what we are used to when staying here. Room was cold, shower was barely warm. This is one of our goto hotels when in kamloops. When infoming staff, they did their best to resolve any issues..
